My name is Bea Szeker, I'm engraving crystals for 8 years.
The art of glass-engraving always fascinated me.
I started my studies in 1990 as a porcelain painter. In 1999 I got in touch with glass at the world famous
Varga Art Crystal Studio. I've learnt the methods and the basics of glass engraving there.
I use drill engraving, a diamond rotating blur in a handpiece of an electric drill. This tool can be used
to create surface effects, but also cut into the glass deeply to create the illusion of three dimensions.
Every piece of my work is designed by me and 100% hand made.
