For drill engraving a very high level of precision is required.There is a rotating bur in a handpiece of an electric drill(like a dentist drill) the machine is horizontally fixed,and I move the glass itself.By using this technique,it's possible to cut deep in the glass easily.It is a bit like drawing on a paper by moving the paper not the pencil,what needs a lot of practising and concentration.
I use ten types(in different sizes) of diamond points to make the motif more refined and sculptured.
